Gravitymagic located at www.gravitymagic.com is an untrustworthy online store claiming to sell shoes, arts and crafts, beauty and personal car products. Online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods, different items from they have ordered, or nothing at all from the same store. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

I ordered an escape-proof cat harness. After three months, I finally received one, but it is not the size I ordered. I requested an exchange. The company requested photographs of the item, the packaging, the invoice, all of which I submitted, but I never received any further response from the company. I suspect that the obscene text messages I am now regularly receiving are because of this company. The timing fits.
My tracking info showed it sitting in the same spot for months. I made multiple attempts to contact them but didn't get a response until I said for claiming to have 24/7 customer service you a$$holes sure as h**l don't give a f*ck. They said they would have to decide what to do about my order. Then I made several follow up attempts and demanded my money back but never got a response. My order finally arrived--the dumbf*cks decided to send electronics overseas in a f*cking plastic envelope!!!!!! The boxes were smashed and because there was nothing like bubble wrap or anything to provide any kind of protection, I am convinced that my items don't work properly because of how $hitty they were packaged. They take forever to charge and don't even hold the charge anywhere near the time claimed. They shut off randomly as well. I got only one short USB charging cable, and they just assume that you have a computer or adapter handy that you can plug the cable into. I don't have many outlets that I can even plug it into and have to hang it over the edge of my trash can for it to reach the outlet to charge. Playing another waiting game to see how long it takes those f*ckers to get back to me.
DON,T BUY FROM THIS COMPANYI placed an order back in March, after many, many email still no item, the tracking number they gave me does not exist. They emailed back quite a while later and stated they would look into it and that I was a high priority well to date still nothing.This company is very happy to take your money and not come clean on any products. Don’t buy for them they are scammers.
I actually ordered from them and thought the same thing... turns out I received my items twice..

I reached out last week and they said they were sorry and would ship out a new one and provide a new tracking number. Still haven't received anything about it. I messaged them I would like a refund and they are just ridiculous. THEIR WHOLE WEBSITE CHANGED AND NOW THE ITEM I ORDERED ISN'T EVEN AN OPTION! ***SCAM******SCAM******SCAM******SCAM******SCAM******SCAM******SCAM******SCAM******SCAM***
I purchased shoes May 6, 2020.....I have not received them and the tracking number can no longer be found...SCAM!!
