I purchased a watch from them more than 4 months ago never received it, they are a scam as far as I am concerned
I agree-unfortunately too late. I did receive a product, but it was NOT the product I purchased. Looked like a "bait and switch" for an inferior product. Do not purchase from them! Their customer service is a joke and does not solve the problem.

I ordered an item on April 10th 2020 and the tracking said it was despatched the same day. A week later it was supposedly at the airport from departure from China. 6 weeks later no update. Paypal complaint prompted them to ask me to "just wait a week or so more". The item arrived June 10th and was a counterfeit version that was a simple plastic extrusion of what was supposed o be an "animatronic baby yoda"I am trying to get a refund from PayPal but not confidentAvoid this place

Same here. They promise everything and do nothing. I am waiting now for more the 5 weeks for my Omega Watch. Nothing.They even send me a track and trace code which give for 5 weeks now the message " Shipment information received" .Asked for a refund and now they don't respond at allCrooks !
