They did this and Barclay's Bank then 'resolved' the dispute in their favor. We had to call and demand the tracking number, which showed the status and "pre-shipment" 10 weeks later in Shanghai China. Although I did receive an order confirmation, I wished I would have researched the site prior to ordering. I have no doubt, now, that this is definitely a scam!! Hopefully, my credit card company will understand and issue a reimbursement. There should be a way for these type of people to be prosecuted!
