I received the item, a flag neck gaitor, mostly as pictured, but it is cheap and cost them about $1 to make probably. They charge $19.99 and about $7 shipping. They are making 99% profit for some junk. Avoid this company's products!

I ordered $55.67 worth if face masks and got a email the next day saying I would receive my order in 3-4 weeks.I did not receive my order or a response when I emailed the. Also my banks fraud department contacted me saying that the same business tried to get another payment for $154 which looked suspicious because it was done 3 times over a 24 HR. Period. It is also a company based out of Hong Kong. Luckily my bank blocked all transactions and even refunded the initial transaction based on the fact the company is no longer even contactable. When you try to go to the website now there's nothing almost as if they never exsisted. The best thing to do is contact your card company and let them know that you believe the company is a scam and let them know the situation and most likely you can get your money refunded depending on who your financial institution is.

I ordered a mask and received one 2 weeks later. Unfortunately, it was not the one I ordered. It wasn't the color or even the print that I ordered. When I sent an email to service@joyinchic.com, I got a response back pretty quickly. This is what they sent:

    "Hi,

We are sorry to hear that.

Could you please reply us with picture of the bar code on the transparent plastic bags?

Once we hear from you, we will give you a satisfied solution.

Looking forward to hearing from you."

I sent them the picture and heard nothing for a day. I then sent a follow up email asking for an update and they sent this:

"We are sorry about the problem, but we still want to satisfy you. Would it be a considerable solution if we refund you $3 as compensation while you keep the item as a gift to your friend or charity?

Looking forward to hearing from you."

I informed them, that this would be fine if they sent me what I ordered. Then, nothing for a day. I sent a follow up asking for an update. They sent this:

"We hope you can accept the $3 we offer and keep the item. If you agree, we will arrange compensation immediately.

Looking forward to hearing from you."

I then sent them this today:

"No. I do not accept this offer. Please refund my money."

I've had the same issues. Made an order almost a month ago and keep getting the same response that it's in process to be shipped. I will need to contact BBB.

Please, please, please, do not trust this company. I placed an order for a face mask and received an immediate response that my order is getting ready to ship. That was 2 weeks ago. I sent 2 emails to service@joyinchic.com to ask the status of my order to no avail. I ordered too hastily and trusted before researching.

This looks like the same company as Popumart which was selling the same items and it was fraudulent and it looks like they just change to a new company name.
