See the Review of the Online Storean anonymous user from: Irvine, California, United StatesAs a follow-up to previous comments, I did get feedback from Maskshell.com.Initially, I asked to cancel my order, but decided to give them a chance since they responded.I did receive my order. The masks were somewhat generic, the quality was not like my 3M N95 masks (although I didn’t expect them to be).The fit isn’t terrible, but I haven’t been able to get a good seal around my nose. And the masks have a bit of a smell to them, a bit like rubber, which is a bit annoying. Not terrible, but just another thing that makes me hope the 3M masks will be available again soon.Is it a scam. No, I don’t think you can call it a scam. The quality isn’t great — probably a 5 or 6 out of 10, but the price was low, so I guess you get what you pay for. I can’t say I would recommend these masks unless you are in a pinch. But, the company does deliver the product — and it arrived quickly for me, so I would say it isn’t a scam website.an anonymous userhttps://www.onlinethreatalerts.com/users/#an-anonymous-userAug 25, 2020 at 12:55 AM by Is Maskshell a Scam? See the Review of the Online Storean anonymous user from: Elmhurst, New York, United StatesI got more order within 14 days and I'm very happy with the mask I did the water and fire test and it passes the test no water filtration and material melt on fire just like any other kn95 maskan anonymous userhttps://www.onlinethreatalerts.com/users/#an-anonymous-userJul 8, 2020 at 3:25 AM by Is Maskshell a Scam? See the Review of the Online Storean anonymous user from: Irvine, California, United StatesAs a result of misleading online information, I was led to believe this company is located in US Midwest. After placing an order, I discovered my package was being shipped directly from China. While I have ordered goods from China in the past, and have had good experiences, I have never ordered from a website that provides so little information about the owner or the company location. Given the recent media reports of counterfeit KN95 masks, this lack of transparency from the vendor is a bit concerning. What’s the point of protective equipment that may not provide any protection?I sent an email asking to cancel the order, but have not had a reply. At this point, the lack of a response is not a good sign, but if they cancel the order, then perhaps they are legitimate after all. But so far, I have seen more questionable aspects than I’m comfortable seeing.an anonymous userhttps://www.onlinethreatalerts.com/users/#an-anonymous-userJun 20, 2020 at 7:02 PM by Is Maskshell a Scam? See the Review of the Online Storean anonymous user from: Merlin, Oregon, United StatesI ordered face mask on June 5. As of yet I have not been able to track my package. The tracking software says the information has been sent to fedex. I am highly suspicious of this site. I will wait one more week and then try to get my money back.
