Valparco located at valparco.com is a fake online store impersonating RC Willey. Therefore, online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped at the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

100% a scam. They use real websites of small companies they have hacked and route the purchases through there. My first time caught in a scam because I was distracted at the time! Going through PayPal resolution to get my money back and the email associated with valparco has so far sent me a fake tracking number and yesterday an offer for $1 to settle on a $172 purchase.I refused and today and am updating every scam alert site I can find of what they have done. :)
