Blackstone US located at blackstoneus.store is a fake online store claiming to sell grills. Online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped at the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

I purchased 2 Blackstone 4-Burner griddle over a month ago,from glazesslices.com a website of above mentioned products and still haven't received my order.They keep tell me it takes 10-20 workings days, last week 5hey told me 8n an email that it was delivered and I should ask my mailman, yet the tracking number they sent me keep saying in transit.
I certainly was NOT scammed by Blackstone.In fact, in that I reported this a few days ago, with my reply not being published by OTA, is making me concerned about OTA.The Blackstone Grill ( blackstoneproducts.com ) which I purchased 14 months ago has served us very well.I have not needed to contact them for any problems, although they send me new hints, recipes and info about new products every month.I purchased mine through amazon.com and have never had a complaint which was not satisfactorily answered by them (Amazon).Now, whatever problem WE might have with Bezos, I trust Amazon completely.So, if you got scammed, I am sorry, but I hate to see a very good company put down because of some other scammer.Larry H.

Scammed me and PayPal will not refund as they provided a USPS tracking number, but the item was not delivered. Fighting the claim denial.
