I got a call from a lady listed as being from Forrest City, NC. That phone number is 828-229-8883. I acted interested out of curiosity. She transferred me to Edward Escamilla. I was near certain it was a scam and asked if I could call him back. He said yes, and gave me his name and a callback telephone number: 919-822-7024. After I hung up, I had a strong feeling that something was not right and looked up Pinehurst Funding. I found that my feeling was right. There are a lot of reports about Pinehurst Funding.

I am extremely concerned as I answered with "Yes" to two or three questions the initial call that called asked me. I have since learned never to say "Yes" to a person that you do not know who calls. I am looking for some type of consumer assistance for my experience; I am very concerned about possible impending fraud.
