Yes, it's a scam, I got charged and never received shipment, even though they pretended to be helpful online, now the email I was corresponding with no longer exists.

Definitely a scam. I purchased something from them and they charged my card immediately but never even sent a confirmation. After a few days I reached out to them and they said my item shipped and sent me a link. Then I was notified that the item was "delivered" to San Diego, CA. I live in NY. They responded that it was "under investigation" and then said they'd ship it again. But they would never even tell me the address they were planning to ship to. Also, their link to your "order number" was just some random Chinese website.
This is a complete scam. Please don't order anything from this site or you will just lose your money.

Definitely a scam company. Avoid these people. I ordered items that were never shipped. A month after receiving the shipping notice email the items had not arrived, and the tracking numbers still show as "label created, not yet in system". Phone number on website is never answered.

Definately a scam company. They shipped my items to the wrong address as well. They also have another company called Gazinee. Same deal.

Yup. Just got scammed but luckily my husband looked up reviews and we canceled our card before they could do any additional damage other than the $ I paid for the items which I will obviously never get back. Items I purchased were delivered to a completely different address across the country form me. Items show up in shipping tracking as “delivered to individual in Seattle, WA.” I live in NJ‍Customer service number is “no longer in service,” and email bounces back. We read one review somewhere that the company changes its name and number every month to avoid getting caught. Beware! Don’t do it!!

if you file a dispute with your credit card company, you should get the money back.

They scammed me as well,emailed them and they blocked my email and tried calling them and numbers been disconnected
