Is MakeMeSurprise a Scam Store? Review of makemesurprise.com

I got a so-called blanket with my grandson's face as Spiderman from MakeMeSurprise at www.makemesurprise.com. The picture is nice but not for $73.90 I have toilet paper thicker than this blanket. It came vacuum sealed in a BALL with the card and gift bag all wrapped up like a Tootsie-Pop. This is the worst purchase for the money. Also, I have friends who have not received their orders. They have not received a tracking number. They have no idea where their orders are and are worried they will not receive them for Christmas, although they ordered in early November. And, when they attempt to contact MakeMeSurprise, they get a generic email response that offers no help.

I haven't received the items I ordered. Called the customer service number. And it says it's a non-working number. I think I got scammed.

Same here. I got a tracking number but it really doesn't give me information. The tracking number is a non-USPS number. I'm afraid I got scammed out of 70ish dollars as well.

The exact same thing happened to me. And then I was notified by the post office that I wasn’t going to get my package because the company used counterfeit postage! I paid 84.81 for three blankets for my grandkids for Christmas. Now I am left trying to get to the bottom of all of this.

I was scammed out of $68.11 that I worked for to provide a Christmas for my grandchildren. They continuously sent fake tracking info, then changed their phone number and refuse to respond to emails. Be very careful when dealing with thieves like this. I should’ve known by the name….

I also received an email saying the merchandise was shipped more then two weeks ago haven’t received another message and no merchandise
