I got a so-called blanket with my grandson's face as Spiderman from MakeMeSurprise at www.makemesurprise.com. The picture is nice but not for $73.90 I have toilet paper thicker than this blanket. It came vacuum sealed in a BALL with the card and gift bag all wrapped up like a Tootsie-Pop. This is the worst purchase for the money. Also, I have friends who have not received their orders. They have not received a tracking number. They have no idea where their orders are and are worried they will not receive them for Christmas, although they ordered in early November. And, when they attempt to contact MakeMeSurprise, they get a generic email response that offers no help.

I haven't received the items I ordered. Called the customer service number. And it says it's a non-working number. I think I got scammed.
Same here. I got a tracking number but it really doesn't give me information. The tracking number is a non-USPS number. I'm afraid I got scammed out of 70ish dollars as well.
The exact same thing happened to me. And then I was notified by the post office that I wasn’t going to get my package because the company used counterfeit postage! I paid 84.81 for three blankets for my grandkids for Christmas. Now I am left trying to get to the bottom of all of this.
I was scammed out of $68.11 that I worked for to provide a Christmas for my grandchildren. They continuously sent fake tracking info, then changed their phone number and refuse to respond to emails. Be very careful when dealing with thieves like this. I should’ve known by the name….
I also received an email saying the merchandise was shipped more then two weeks ago haven’t received another message and no merchandise Completely Annoyed and disgusted
I placed my order two weeks ago but I never get a tracking or order number. I emailed them more than one on no support from them. Even if is a legit company it is not a good one company
Agreed. I can't reach them or contact them. But I sure get their advertisements. We have not received the blanket but it says it was shipped from CHINA of all places. I would have never ordered if I had known it would have been from a work facility in CHINA. NO COMMUNICATION AND NO PRODUCT
I have no tracking number, no phone number to reach them and I ordered them for my grandkids for Christmas. They show that I ordered two towels and a blanket and I actually ordered three blankets. This is a horrible company!
From Bucks County as well.. have you received your order? I was hoping my order would be here for Christmas but thinking not as the items are made in China. Had I known, I would not have ordered anything.

Received an email from them stating my order shipped on 8/2/23, however their tracking link is inoperable. No one responds from support-makemesurprise and these reviews confirm I am not alone in my frustration. For what good it will do I'll definitely file a complaint with the BBB to help save someone else from being taken by these folks!!

I ordered a blanket over a month ago and got the same no tracking number same email every time and still no blanket
Same as another post. Ordered 12/5/22 for 2 of our grandkids as Christmas gifts. Still haven’t received them. Reached out to customer support and they sent me a link for tracking. It says the same exact thing every time I check tracking, but with a date 3 days later than the previous action. If I could add a photo, I would post it for all to see. Really disappointed.
I have been waiting almost a month for my order. It was supposed to be here for Christmas. Just wrote a nasty message and told them if they didn't get back to me I was pursuing a refund through PayPal. One of my friends got hers and was so happy. I am so disappointed!
I ordered 4 of them and still says in Austria they claim it takes 4-6 days to produce and then another like 6 to ship they just say same thing all the time

I too placed an order weeks ago. Of course I was charged. I go to track my order and nothing. It says it doesn't recognize my email, and yet I'm receiving emails. Something is definitely Off! I didn't see anyone saying anything negative, so I went for it. Big mistake apparently!
