I was scammed by Xikers.com back on 7/31/2022. Xikers.com - being a Chinese-based consumer scam, who will delay, lie, stall, play on your conscience, and deflect, and completely ghost you (as well as the US-based Better Business Bureau) once they've stolen your money.

Here is the federal government, Federal Trade Commission website, to submit claims of international consumer fraud, amongst other things:

"Contact the Federal Trade Commission at 1-877-FTC-HELP, 1-877-ID-THEFT, or online at https://ReportFraud.ftc.gov/#/?orgcode=TFMICF. Contact the National Center for Disaster Fraud at (866) 720-5721, by fax at (225) 334-4707 or submit a complaint through the NCDF Web Complaint Form."

Ordered a wooden toolbox for $59.94 on July 7th and didn't get the product... emailed them with attached order confirmation and they requested a copy of the payment... filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

SCAM! FAKE WEBSITE! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Ordered an out of production Lego set 7/31/22. Money was taken from my bank account 8/1/22. Didn't arrive by 8/15/22. I followed up with their customer service (one of two e-mails doesn't work) to track my package - after being told once the $ was taken from my account it would take 10-20 days to arrive. The e-mail was in all sorts of different font formatting and color, very unprofessional. Following the xikers.com website package tracking form page it says it order was "Completed". In the meantime I found this website, confirming my greatest fears and suspicions. It's now nearly four weeks since the order and nothing has arrived.

I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and filed a dispute with my bank, as well - to have xikers.com reported, and get the money refunded or the charge removed from my bank account. I've also had the credit card it was ordered from blocked and replaced so xikers.com cannot do anything else with that information.

The Better Business Bureau website is full of listings of complaints, just like this website, regarding the same bait and switch, or bait, take your money, and send nothing at all scenario.

    • August 25, 2022 at 6:25 PM by an anonymous user from: Akron, Ohio, United States

Follow-up: When I go to the official USPS package tracking website and enter in their tracking number they gave me it says its not a real tracking number in their system - because it's a fraudulent tracking number from the beginning. It's now four weeks since the original order and nothing has been delivered, I don't expect anything to be delivered, and I am now still working with the Better Business Bureau and my bank to get my refund for the cost of the fictional purchase from this fictional website. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! SCAM!

      • August 29, 2022 at 2:08 AM by an anonymous user from: Akron, Ohio, United States

        Follow-up:

In my responses to their communications back to me - in heavily, way beyond broken translated English, and again at another way out of the range of reputable business operations hours, 2:30am this time, 11:30pm last time - they are pulling the classic scam of trying to guilt me, the scam victim, into accepting less than the 100% refund. Now they are up to (laughably) offering 70% or a refund, claiming "transportation cost, customs cost and commission charges". Note, they never sent me a package, didn't plan on sending me a package, gave me fraudulent tracking numbers that no reputable deliver company is recognizing as authentic, and they are stalling to try to tire me, the scammed victim, out. I'm not giving up and am reporting - via text copy and paste snippets, as well as screen shots - all of our communications, back and forth, to my ever updating Better Business Bureau report, and making sure to let the scammers at xikers.com know I am doing so, each and every communication.

        • August 30, 2022 at 5:28 AM by an anonymous user from: Akron, Ohio, United States

Follow-up: They are still trying to stiff me on a refund amount - with, so far, no "promise" to even start the refund process. They are now claiming a $7 shipping fee that would cause them hardship to not get back. They never sent anything anyway, so this fee doesn't exist, since their website is a scam front from overseas. My Better Business Bureau complaint report continues.

          • September 11, 2022 at 5:41 AM by an anonymous user from: Akron, Ohio, United States

Follow-up: They claim their "promised" refund they would give me back is still "processing". It's been "processing" for nearly two weeks, now. Next step is to get the bank involved in working with the Better Business Bureau.

          • September 5, 2022 at 9:45 AM by an anonymous user from: Akron, Ohio, United States

Follow-up: Still no refund back onto my credit card, yet. They said it would take 3-15 business days. Feels like (is) more stall, delay, and lie scammer tactics. They have not responded back, since August 31. I'm still documenting every single communication from them, as well as my responses, for my Better Business Bureau report.

          • August 31, 2022 at 7:46 PM by an anonymous user from: Akron, Ohio, United States

Follow-up: They sent a short, brief e-mail (no letterhead, name and title salutations nor name of whom it was coming from) stating "OK We will refund". No information about what amount, when, by what date it should hit my bank account. Of course, because they are a scam, which has little to no intent of actually refunding anyone (without being forced to by middleman legal intervention). I responded back with the questions of what date the full amount should be refunded to me, in my bank account, by, along with the promise I'd be checking my account daily, and when the date that they "promised" to refund me comes and passes I'd be contacting the Better Business Bureau, again.

            • September 11, 2022 at 6:31 AM by an anonymous user from: Akron, Ohio, United States

Their communiques are now displaying Chinese characters in the return e-mail address portion, the phrasings are full of misspellings (for an "official business" e-mail), and wording that clearly sounds like it was run through an English to Chinese, and then Chinese into English translator.

              Examples:

              * "自动答复" in the return e-mail address header

              * "your email will be responseed when we back to work" in the body of the text

              * "Have a good time." as a closing salutation

And for the very first time in this back and forth with them they finally listed a name of "representative" in the e-mail. "McCaslin Steven" - to sound American-based.

There is nothing remotely close to professional, legitimate business e-mail formatting - like a business letterhead, address, representatives name, proper sentence structure, paragraph structure, spaces between lines of text, opening or closing salutation, or a closing salutation with a name and title, contact details, etc.. information of the credential variety.

              • September 12, 2022 at 10:27 AM by an anonymous user from: Akron, Ohio, United States

Follow-up: I have begun a credit card fraud case with my bank account, to work hand in hand with my Better Business Bureau case against these scammers. (Also, in the last auto-generated e-mail communication, in massively broken English and rife with spelling and grammar errors, they confirmed the dates they'd be out of the office as 9/10-9/12. That is the Chinese holiday of Mid-Autumn. More proof they are a Chinese-based scam.)

  • August 18, 2022 at 8:17 AM by an anonymous user from: Downtown Redmond, Redmond, Washington, United States

I also ordered a 330 gal. IBC water tank from these Chinese criminals. They first claimed it was delivered, then claimed it was sent again, then refused refund. Total scam - criminals! Should be prosecuted and jailed for ripping honest people off! I am working with CC company to get $$ back, but doubt it will ever happen. Beware!
