Palmloam located at palmloam.com is an untrustworthy online store claiming to sell swimsuits, tankinis, bikinis, and other swimwear. Therefore, online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Online users who have shopped at the untrustworthy store are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions cancelled and money refunded.

I noticed they are using same pictures as Outsunny, another sketchy “brand”. My guess is they are both stealing pictures from a legit bathing suit brand and making cheap counterfeit bathing suits that copy the design. I just wish I could find the company that actually makes the real thing.

This site is terrible. I ordered a few things from them and needed to return 2 things. I emailed them and they didn’t get back to me for weeks and only because I sent several messages. They offered me $11 to just keep the things I wanted to return, which totaled over $60! I responded saying that was not stuffy and I wanted to do a complete return. They NEVER responded to me and I have emailed them back. This site is not trustworthy!
This exact same thing happened to me as well. Lesson learned.
I preferred 2 suits but never got a confirmation email or tracking information. Thought it was suspicious that no info has come through on my purchasefrom the vendor. I tried looking the website up online but it doesn't even load. That confirmed my suspicions. A totally scam! Now I have to dispute the charges with my bank!
I suspect the company is a fraud. They finally returned my email requesting a return of the swimsuit I purchased, TWO MONTHS after I sent them 4 emails. And guess what - they offered a partial refund rather than a full refund and STILL didn't even tell me how I could even go about getting that. It's a scam.
I tried to return my items and there was no address listed online. They offered me a $20 credit, instead of the full refund (valued at $75) and I declined. When I paid for shipping and returned the products, I never received the refund. NEVER SHOP THERE.
Yup... I've been emailing their returns email address for 2 weeks and not hearing back. Calling my bank and issue a chargeback
I received my order of swimsuits from Palmloam. I liked all but one of them. I've emailed them 3 times trying to return 1 item and they will not email me back.
So was the product the same as advertised? It sounds like returns don’t work well. But you got everything you paid for? It matches product advertised? Just trying to decide if I should buy.
Very cheap knockoffs. Don’t do it.
