The transaction date listed in the email invoice was incorrect. I then called the above number Number and a fellow with an Indian accent answered, and identified himself as PayPal Representative. He requested that I go to a computer and connect to his site. I refused and then he requested a callback number, which I refused. He was quite arrogant.I then contacted PayPal phishing email site and forwarded the phishing email to them. I did receive confirmation from Paypal that they received the phishing email and were looking into it. I checked my bank and credit accounts and no new activity was on them. Recently I had already changed my password at PayPal site. This was recommended by Paypal.
