It seems the telephone number 877-627-7232 is being used by scammers. Therefore, I recommend that people take precautions if they are asked to call the number, receive a call, or text from it.

    I just got a voicemail from this number that says the following: "HI it's Crystal Allen following up with your refund. Today is June 23. It still looks here like your business will most likely receive a refund of up to $26,000 for every employee you kept on payroll during the year 202 and or 2021 and you do not have to pay this money back so it is not a loan. Just call me back at 877-627-7232."

    I have never owned a business and thus never had employees. I have no idea what refund this person could possibly be talking about. A legitimate call to notify me of some kind of refund would have identified the company or government entity. This person did not.

    I did not call them back. But I might just to notify them that I am posting their scam information on the Internet.
