I have received an auto-reply every time I send a new email that is exactly the same, saying they will get back to me in 2-3 business days, and I have heard nothing.Their website claims that they will honor returns, but after looking into the business, I see that many others have had similar problems with not even receiving their orders. I'm trying to return it but you have to contact them to get the return approval. The only way to contact them is through email. I've emailed them multiple times and they won't respond. Their website says they accept returns within 30 days but I'm guessing I won't hear back from them within that 30 day timeline.
