I received my first two hoodies, and I liked them a lot. So much that I kept giving the company the benefit of the doubt when I was being strung along. I received countless emails about production problems, your hoodie will be shipped on this date, sorry for the inconvenience, etc. until finally all communication stopped. And, of course, too late for any refund from my bank. Please don’t let my experience and those of all these other customers fall on deaf ears! DO NOT ORDER!

Company USED TO BE GOOD. I have like 20 sweaters from them. However is been over 3 years since I ordered a blanket from them - they never sent it and stopped replying to emails about the order over a year ago. I spent $85USD and still haven't received it. Waste of money, don't know what happened.

I’ve emailed them 5 times. They’ve never answered. I only received 3 out of my 4 items I ordered. They don’t have a phone number to call. I’ve looked everywhere for it.

I also have emailed twice and not heard a single word back. Ordered a Mystery Box and they sent me 3 of the same exact color hoodie. Waste of money. Based off of other reviews I'm seeing, I have no clue how they're in business.

I ordered a hoodie for my son on March 26. I requested a refund on April 2 and have repeatedly done so since then. I have received an auto-reply every time I send a new email that is exactly the same, saying they will get back to me in 2-3 business days, and I have heard nothing.Their website claims that they will honor returns, but after looking into the business, I see that many others have had similar problems with not even receiving their orders. So, I guess I'm lucky I got it, but it doesn't fit my son, and I have respectfully asked for a return and refund.After the initial order, I have received nothing in reply, and I'd really like to get our money back since we can't use or wear the hoodie.

I ordered a sweatshirt and received it in a reasonable time, but it's poor quality and doesn't fit. I'm trying to return it but you have to contact them to get the return approval. The only way to contact them is through email. I've emailed them multiple times and they won't respond. Their website says they accept returns within 30 days but I'm guessing I won't hear back from them within that 30 day timeline.
