The link in the fake email message goes to a fake HSBC website created by cyber-criminals, to steal their potential victims' information, by tricking them into signing in with their user name and password, and submitting their personal and financial information. Once the cyber-criminals have received their victims' information, they will use the same information to hijack their accounts and steal their money. This guy just happened to have the code handy.I found that odd. I just played along, I entered this code.Well, then I was told that I had to go to one of the HSBC,US branches and bring $550.
