Then who are members sending their money to, scammers, cybercriminals or legit businessmen, no one knows. The untrustworthy website tricks potential victims into registering by claiming that they can earn money by logging in daily. But, the website only earns money from new users who have to pay a ₱1000 PHP ($19.80 USD) in order to become a member. And, those members only get paid from money collected from new members who they have recruited. This makes the website a Ponzi or Pyramid scheme which will eventually crash once the website or its members are unable to recruit new members.
