The Robinhood withdrawal text scam is a phishing attack where scammers send fake alerts about unauthorized crypto withdrawals to induce panic. These messages instruct you to call a fraudulent number to "reverse" the transaction, allowing them to steal your login credentials, bank details, or one-time passcodes.
"Robinhood Security Alert: Your withdrawal code is 318475. Do not share this code. If this wasn't you, contact support immediately at +1(888) 708-5771. REF: PRL91746"
You should only contact Robinhood Support through the app or on the web at robinhood.com/contact. When you connect to Robinhood Support through chat or email, they will NEVER ask you for any account login details. Don't search for or use Robinhood phone numbers found through an internet browser, as they may be fraudulent and part of a scam.
