The website www.fashionsclouds.com (Fashions Clouds) also called Smartmall, is an untrustworthy e-Commerce store. Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because it will fraudulently charge their credit cards for goods they will never receive, steal their personal and credit card information and used them fraudulently. The untrustworthy e-commerce doesn't have any form of online security (SSL or TLS) used to protect online users' sensitive information. And, all the online security and trust seals on the website are fakes. Also, the Facebook share or like counts are fakes. Therefore, we do not recommend purchasing from Fashions Clouds.
Online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded. They should also have their banks help them prevent the cybercriminals who are operating the website from continuously charging their credit cards.

Hello.Unfortunately, I purchased goods from the website.I received them and of course, they are copies. Therefore I contacted them to ask the procedure to send them back and be reimbursed. First, they asked me why I wanted to send them back and the pictures of the items. I'm still waiting for a reply. I have already changed my credit card but I would like to have my money back. I ordered a purse and 3 pairs of sunglasses off this site November 27th,I still have not received my items. I contacted them and they did reply showing that the items were received in San Francisco’ on December 10th. It’s is now the 20th and I still have not received my order. How long should I wait before notifying my bank?
