    I recently ordered, and have now received the following:

    1 x. Eye Delight Boost Serum . Order ref, #OLM122920 at a total of 18.96 USD . I paid this by my Visa card.

    However, I am most surprised at what I have just received - a small package containing a plastic syringe type - clear -

    Phial approx 3” long. I cannot see how this works, nothing seems to move and I am sure if pressure was applied, it would break. There are NO instructions included, no paper work at all, the small box it is in is completely in Chinese.! I fail to see how this can be sold - and advertised- on line. In view of this, I have now read reviews which are quite horrific.

    I would like to know how I can return this item and receive a full refund, as one review I have read states that refunds have never been received even though the item had been returned. I am extremely angry about this and await your reply and comments promptly.
