Hey, I ordered from this site htpps: www.freeshoesl.com. The site is fake, the seller is not responding, there is no tracking number, and when I checked this email address shop@customerservicesglobal.com I found complaints from other customers. Look out for similar sites that offer branded goods at low prices. I hope to get my money back

When I emailed them, although they replied daily, they did not have the items I wanted in stock as they had sold out of everything. When I asked for a refund they offered 35%. After a week of emails back and forth, I was fed up and thought 35% is better than nothing so I gave in and accepted the 35% refund. I would not recommend you buy from any site that does not accept PAYPAL for your own protection.

peyart.com is a fake website. You can see it has customerservicesglobal.com at the top left of the site. They pretend to sell figures for cheap, but you can see the site looks very cheap and unprofessional. They have multiple listings of the same item. Their English grammar is also not very good. They use pictures of items on eBay. If you look up the name peyart on a search engine, nobody is talking about them because they're not real.

HI I bought a pair of boots from a company called Plshopb.com on the 15th of October 2019, they costed £70, and on the 6th of Nov, I’ve received a fake GuccI scarf. I didn’t realise it was connected to the previous order until I search it and reached this site.

I have notice that on the 24th of October I received an email from service6 (mailbox@customerservicesglobal.com) saying that my order was sent and they add the tracking number, but I thought it was the boots but when I received the fake scarf I was worried. I look but no money was taken for the scarf.

When I tried to contact the boots company I realised that the email they ask me to send the enquiry was order@customerservicesglobal.com. Then I realised it’s a scam. I am worried now that I won’t receive the boots and instead I ended up paying £70 for a fake scarf. 🤦🏽‍♀️

I bought it online by credit card on October 8th and they said it would take about 3 days and I am still waiting for shipping today.

I asked for information to the contact site -office@customerservicesglobal.com and never answered, I requested the tracking number because the carrier asked to be able to track the order and did not provide and still verify that the date of purchase is not true because it indicates 8 /

    8/2019 when I did it on 8/10/2019.

I start to see that there is a lot of dissemination of the same kind of sites on facebook but now by new ones like Yasir_new, Glenn Like ...

Do not buy you risk being injured like me ... are scams.

I ordered crocheted cotton flowers, Irish style ... Paid with fictitious card to be protected from bank card scams ... The sum of sixty euros was withdrawn immediately, and since, I'm waiting for my flowers ... it's only been 15 days, but I crossed it, because I received all the other orders that I had made the same day on other sites ... Comment to cancel this site? What the law says? lolopeinture

      I'm afraid it's a fake website and I wouldn't touch it with a barge-pole.

All the clues are there that it's not genuine: they allegedly have in stock ALL SIZES of current items, at significantly reduced prices that I simply can't find elsewhere (or only in one size), even on the manufacturer's own website.

Also, there is no contact phone number and the email address they quote (helpdesk@customerservicesglobal) is associated with other fake websites.

Furthermore, there are spelling mistakes and grammatical errors throughout the site.

Some advice to potentially recover your money: If you paid by credit card and the value of your order is more than £100, you can make a Section 75 claim on your credit card issuer as they are jointly liable with the vendor to supply the goods.

If you paid by debit card, contact your bank and ask them to make a chargeback on your card.

      Hope this helps!
