Is Qaterel an Untrustworthy Online Store?

on October 12 2019 I was purchase a clarinet for 99.99$ and did not resaved it!

Thanks so much for exposing this fraudulent company and for the comments folks wrote! This helped get my money back into my bank account. Keep up the great work exposing the frauds out there!

This company is completely fraudulent, so do not do business with them. They get paid immediately but you never receive your order. I called my bank to inform them, providing them with info to prove they're fraudulent (disconnected phone, etc.) after reading this article from you guys and people's comments and my bank refunded my money to my account. My bank also provided me with the actual name of the man who got the payment, which I greatly appreciated. AGAIN, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FAKE COMPANY! IT IS TOTALLY FRAUDULENT. I BANK WITH CHASE BANK AND BASED UPON A PAST EXPERIENCE, THEY WILL LIKELY PRESS CHARGES AGAINST THIS JOKER.

Placed order, got confirmation email, payment processed next day by Harry Finkle. A month later have heard nothing after 2 email to them. Their phone number is disconnected.

Scam. Like all the rest of the comments say. Got me for $200. My payment was processed by Harry Finkle LLC. With a PA number that’s disconnected.

BOGUS Company...…..STAY AWAY

I just purchased a item from them but when I called to find out when I should expect my order the phone says its disconnected and I have no way of finding out when my order will delivered it just says it takes 3-5 days to print and 5-7 days to send.
Can anybody tell me how I can get a hold of them they already took the money out of my bank

Call your bank and explain what happened; provide them the evidence from this article, including the fake phone number. If they're a good bank, they'll investigate and then refund your money. My bank is Chase and they did a thorough investigation, emailing and writing me with updates and the ultimate outcome when I reported these frauds. Although my order was for only $9.99, I got every dime refunded back into my bank acct. by Chase Bank. Don't just let it go; please follow up and get your money back. God bless!

Purchased a shed for 599.99. Received order confirmation but no shipping information. None of the phone numbers work. Sent emails to customer support no replies. Definate scam! Beware!

Its a scam. Phone does not answer. Email bounces off. Postal address on the website does not exist. Credit card is charged by "Elizabeth Orange, LLC"

Has anyone received their products from this site. Is Qaterel.com doing any legit business?

Scam website for sure, everything is to cheap to be true

I just bought something from these guys and didn't do my due diligence in research. Phone number disconnected and no response from email.
