I ordered over a month ago and my item was never delivered. The website no longer exists. How do I get my money back??

I ordered 2 months ago and haven't heard anything since.

Just like all the others, I have been scammed. ordered on jan 23, received shipment update jan 31, and then nothing. page is closed, no links working. SCAMMED

I have been scammed. I ordered in item in first week of January 2020 and has not been delivered to date. The website or link provided does not open anymore. I was even told my order has been shipped but no tracking details , no nothing. I followed up with query on the website, they indicated they will get back within 24 hours, but later the website and the email are not available at all. I'm so mad, and cant believe am scammed.

BEWARE! This company is a total scam. I ordered 2 items from this site, one in January and on in Feb. I received a shipped message but no tracking info, so I contacted the company via email. I was told they were having warehouse issues and I would receive the item in May. The responder had the nerve to imply why are you complaining we ship for free. When I requested a refund on both orders they gave me a credit for one item from a company called Nebula. I emailed mailed them again for the second credit and was told sure no problem, I received the credit roughly 2 days later. BUT HERE'S THE SCAM.I RECEIVED A CREDIT FROM A FARID RAHIMI LLC, HE RAN A CREDIT CHECK ON ME STOLE MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER AND MADE NUMEROUS PURCHASES. LUCKILY, THE CHARGES WERE PENDING AND DIDN'T GO THRU. I KNOW IT WAS HIM (WOWLIFY) BECAUSE THIS IS A NEW CREDIT CARD AND WOWLIFY WAS THE ONLY PLACE I USED THE CARD !!!! SO ANYONE WHO ORDER FROM THIS SITE CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD TO MAKE SURE HE'S DOESN'T STEAL YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.

I ordered a product from here. They emailed two days later saying it was shipped. It's been 21 days. No product and no further contact from them. Now when I try to go on their site, it says it cant be reached. I hope my bank can give my money back. Stay away from these scammers! A*&holes!

Ordered a product from Wowlify in December last year hasn't ben received although they keep telling me its been shipped. Got an email from this grease ball called David Brownson saying it was on its way which is a load of sh**t As They wouldn't even supply me with a tracking number. Dont buy anything here they are a untrustworthy pack of f***k wits.
I wish the worst on people who run their businesses like these f***k tards.

The site died, does not exist anymore

I have the same experience. I ordered on the 7th of january this year. 14 days later I asked about the actually Status; and I get an answer from David Brownson. Again 14 Days (4th of February) later I asked them to refund my Money back. And what suprise, I got the Money back yesterday. But when I read all the comments before, it seems to me that I was luck. I ordered the 18th of Dec 2019...and haven't received anything, nor can I look up the tracking number or view the website now (the site will not allow me to)...its a SCAM, reporting to my bank today.

They are a total scam. Someone by the name of dawid browson respond to email but no item was delivered.

Do not use this website , its a scam ..
They take you money and your item never comes to you.

Total scam website.. They advertised on Instagram. Ordered a toy car on Nov 30 and it’s Dec 28. They state shipped and give you no tracking number.. Try and email them no response after several times and if you see they have no phone number. Found out the website was started in Oct 2019. Go figure..
Don’t order- had a gut feeling this site was a total scam.

I purchased two car chargers,ordered on 11th of December, got an email on 14th of December which says my order is shipped and I haven't received anything. I wrote them 2 times, they never replied. Beware if you dont want to lose your money, it is totally scam.

I purchased from them November 17th and still have not received my order. I have tried to contact them several times. My tracking numbers shows it has not been delivered and they will not respond. My Christmas gifts will not arrive

I’ve tried numerous times to contact this company about my package saying it was shipped yet nothing was there. I’ve read so many things stating this is a fraudulent company. With the absence of response I’m starting to think it just might be. Never order from them. They do not value customer concerns, and because of that I don’t have a Christmas present for my mother.

Exact same thing.. Called my bank and they reversed the charge. Never again from a company I’m not aware of.
