Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded. I placed an order on 30/11/2019 on 02/12/2019 the Shopify store no longer existed and there is no way to cancel the orders I have placed. Shopify do not assist as it is a buyer beware situation. The email address associated of dus16661-gmail.com is not a legitimate business email address as is not responding emails sent by other consumers or myself. I will be contacting the bank to lodge a dispute and cancel the transaction. I will also be asking that my credit card is cancelled and reissued with new card details.
