I wish I had read the reviews first. I paid $72 for a necklace for my sister. It never arrived. After contacting them, they sent me a tracking number with USPS, who supposedly printed a label for the item that never arrived. I've contacted them twice since, demanding an explanation, but as yet received nothing. I'm so mad about this! How are scammers like this allowed to continue operating? Their website is slick and professional, I'll give them that much, but that's just the bait.
