This site recently changed it's name to Aphrodite's, but from what I read here, their model has not changed! I wish I had read the reviews first. I paid $72 for a necklace for my sister. It never arrived. After contacting them, they sent me a tracking number with USPS, who supposedly printed a label for the item that never arrived. I've contacted them twice since, demanding an explanation, but as yet received nothing. I'm so mad about this! How are scammers like this allowed to continue operating? Their website is slick and professional, I'll give them that much, but that's just the bait. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS OPERATION!!

I got my adjustable tennis bracelet and I wore it for a while and the ball fell off the bottom of the bracelet and I can't wear it anymore because it will fall off. I'm gonna try to send you a picture

I received my bracelet and of course one was defective. I emailed the company and have responded as to what they intend to do. I would not recomend this site go to the original Pandora store

This site is fake! I ordered edge dazZeled black sunglasses... They send me a plain black! No edge dazzelled...NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM SO I CAN EXCHANGE ... iT IS A RIP OFF! fAKE!

Is Pandorabox Inc located in China? Just received my order. The sender and post origin location indicate from China. The information you provided in your online shop was incorrect. Hopefully your product will last longer cause I haven't trust it since it's from China.

I just bought a couple bracelets. They better be worth it or I will tie up the transaction for eternity with my Costco card.

I ordered a bracelet from them under the impression it was Pandora.

When it arrived, I knew it was foreign.

After one wear it broke.

I contacted them to return and got the same run around as these other reviewers.

Our country needs to STOP crooked companies from doing business in the USA.

Its unfathomable that they can false advertise, create junk and then get away with it.

They won't issue refunds, call tags for returns, etc.

They are NOT interested in giving good products or customer service.

Close them down!

I ordered a bracelet and tried to cancel it right after I placed the order. They said it couldn't be cancelled and if I wanted to return it there was a 25% charge plus I would have to pay for shipping. This is a real rip off of a company.

I ordered these bracelets, the tree of life and the rose gold broke already and changed colors with in 4 days very upset with these.

Agree, very poor quality. Could have bought better in the pound shop.

I also placed an order with Pandora's Box Inc. which states on their website and in their FAQ's section that they're located in the US in Miami,Florida. All of a sudden they're throwing shade about there is another company with that same name located in the UK. What the h**l!

Own up to your d**n poor business practices by attending to, and resolving your customers issues with the professionalism that we expect and demand.

You had no problems immediately taking our money for the misguided purchases we've made, but yet you refuse to address and resolve our issues with your products.

I advise customers to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs on Pandora's Box Inc.

A strong message needs to be sent to unscrupulous business such as these. I really should call the Television Show Shame On you on their asses. I just might do that!

I have tried several times to contact you. I received my shipment after Christmas.

I would like to return my products for a full refund.

I ordered 3 sets of Tree of Life bracelets and I received 1 set they were Christmas gifts. I have paid for them and was wondering when the other two are arriving.

I ordered tree of life bracelet 5 days ago and until now I didn't receive any update about my order. hopefully, this site is not a scam.

I ordered and received a cube bracelet from Pandora Box, online. The center cube was all scratched.

I emailed them and to my amazement, they immediately sent me a replacement, (that is perfect) They told me to keep the defective one. I have NEVER had such service from any purchase before. They really stand behind their jewelry and I would not hesitate to purchase anything from them again.

I also will recommend Pandora’s Box to all my friends and family. Thank you so very much for exemplary customer service!

Received my cube charm bracelet rather quickly (considering the Christmas season must be awfully hectic for the company).

It is rather heavy, but I am pleased with the size of the bracelet.

I have above standard wrists and it is awfully hard to find something that fits me well. This bracelet does not bind my wrist, and it looks lovely.

It is large enough to slide up and down my arm (from the wrist to about one-third up the first section of my arm). I am very pleased.

Now to see what the bracelets I have ordered (for some ladies for whom I care deeply) look like and when they will arrive.

I ordered two cube charm bracelets. No box, cheap packaging and the mesh bracelet they are on is huge. Not even a giant has a wrist big enough for them. Very disappointed and they were to be Christmas gifts for my granddaughters. Embarrassed to give them too them.

Pandora's Box literally has some really amazing jewelry for much cheaper than all these other jewelry companies. You don't get the highest quality but for the price, it is a STEAL to look this good!

They are also based in the USA so shipments in USA come in very fast but they also ship worldwide which obviously will take longer.

This company gets my approval.

This was a joke.

I purchased the Cube Charm Metal Bracelet.

The wiring on the bracelet part pulled away and snagged on my beautiful shirt, ruining it within minutes.

Of course, I asked the company how I should return it, but they gave me the run around and wanted a picture of the bracelet.

Also, the cubes were all scratched.

Their customer service is horrible.

Once you purchase something from them, you own it.

They say they will send you something else, but make it very difficult to get that accomplished.

There are too many great jewelry options with great customer service and return policies to purchase from a company like this.

I had a friend just try and fix the area as she makes jewelry and can do it.

She said this wasn't worth $5.99 let alone $34.99.....

I wish I would have read this first! I already bought them and now I'm worried that I'm going to be ripped off. Auhhh I will start reading reviews before buying anything online again.

Item was much larger than shown in ad. Was not happy. They will not accept returns says custom molded they said. There was no engraving or sizing involved or anything to that nature but a mass production of bracelets. It could have been resold.

Very disappointed with their policy. I will not recommend to my family and friends. If a company that does not accept returns, I will not buy. I learned my lesson.

They do not accept returns they said. Same issue here. Reason Custom mold they said. bull, Mass production. No engraving or sizing involved. Cheap jewelry. Do not buy wasting of your money.
