Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded. They should also have their banks help them prevent the cybercriminals who are operating the website from continuously charging their credit cards.

I ordered item at Asbetregoods.com on Dec 20 and didnt receive my item. I still dont know how to get refund

I ordered 3 items consisting of exercise equipment. My credit card was denied so I tried again. The 2nd attempt of the order was held as 'Pending' on my account at asbetregoods.com, meanwhile the charge did go to my credit card.A couple attempts to straighten out my order with customer service at asbetregoods and I was assured my order would be processed. They ask for my patience. 3 weeks later I received a package with the tracking number that asbetregoods sent me in an email. The package contained a fake Cartier platinum 'Love' ring. I contacted customer support several times and finally received a response from them asking for pictures of the item and shipping package so they can 'figure' this out.While I have my credit card company involved, I am still waiting for a refund. I explained to asbetregoods that I don't believe they have any items I ordered and they only send out fake rings.What a hassle - Avoid shopping at asbetregoods.com
Definitely a scam company..Ordered 4 clothing items, they sent me a piece a jewelry that I do not want. Made in China garbage...Tried to return this for my order, but was informed that none of what I ordered was in stock, and to keep the jewelry. Stay away from this company..No Good (NG)..
