    I ordered 24 chair covers in January. Their on-line pictures looked professional. Haven’t gotten anything yet! They said the order got list and they would resend it. That was 6 weeks ago. Now they’re saying be patient.

    They are a fraudulent company and need to be shut down

    scam company, never got what I ordered but I did request through my bank to dispute the charges. and what is sad is of they really had the product they could have made a killing! they were super cute hanging baskets! bummer!

    Ordered chair covers 10/1/20.

    Today 2/4/20 no goods received.

    Tried everything possible to contact seller but nothing works.

    Noticed they have just started to advertise the covers again.

    Never again. Looks like they are dodgy as h**l.

    18 back-and-forth communications and two months later, and they still haven't fixed the error of sending me the wrong item.

    I paid for the item, plus shipping - they told me to pay the shipping to send it back to them.

    I told them that they made the mistake, and should pay to correct it by shipping me the item I paid for and paying to have the wrong item shipped back, and they told me that they sent me the correct item.

    I sent them a screenshot of the confirmation of the item I ordered and a picture of the item they actually sent, and they stopped responding. Note that they also stopped signing their name, and simply signed, "Customer Service".

    Beware of this supplier. I placed an order on 26 December 2019, they happily took my payment but I’ve NEVER received my order. I emailed them numerous times and got a response just telling me to ‘not worry and be patient’. My last 2 emails have been ignored.

    I've ordered two different things from them and a few items from stores with different names but identical type of experiences and layout and I could swear they are all under the same parent company. Each order was absolute junk totally different from the items presented in the pictures on the sites. All came as suggestions on Facebook. Please fight these lying pirates for your money and don't let them win. I wish they'd disappear!

    Ordered the flip-flop fish for my cats. They came in an envelope with no instructions on how to turn them on. No hardware in fish. Searched from head to toe, nothing to switch on. Not a good product to buy. Ad promises moving fish. They are just dead fish.

    Ordered chair covers a month ago. No confirmation email or product. I sent an email to their customer service and mail was returned saying their mailbox is full. I already contacted PayPal and I will contact my credit card company to deny payment. This place is a total SCAM.

    Total scam. Do not do business with them. Over charge. Won’t send rest of order or refund. I paid 55 for 8 set of lights they sent one and told me they sell there light superstore. One light at a time. Lying b******s Cheating scammers. I asked for an invoice and they told me in an email. They do not provide invoices
