Received via email:"Ordered 3 ecofuel units for the price of 5 on January 14, 2019, and still has not been received. Have called the 24-hour support line a total of 19 times got a message that says "no agents available at this time we will get back to you and the line hangs up". No voice mail capabilities. Sent an email no response for 5 days then was told they are looking into it and will get back to me in 24-48 hours."
They are using trailgain.icu, which makes them suspicious. A lot of fake icu websites are being created by cybercriminals.
