FRAUD! I should have known better. IF IT SOUNDS TO GE TO BE TRUE, IT PROBABLY IS! Tracking shows a "small packet" was delivered to my mailbox. Well, a sewing machine and a ceiling fixture will not fit in my mailbox or in a small packet. I never received anything in the mail from them and it took them 4 months to respond to my inquiry bout my purchase.

They have stolen 89.99 dollars from me. I can't get a hold of my bank so I may never recover my money. I am so angry I hope I watch out better where I order products. Hope. We find out who they are!

I ordered a sewing cabinet and the singer quantum 9960 computerized portable sewing machine and just got a color pencil.

They charged my credit card $300.99. I disputed it but they say it was delivered to my mailbox. I live in an apartment and my mail box is 3 inches by 4 inches, how could they put that big cabinet and that sewing machine in that box

ON May 10th I ordered a Singer Quantum Styled sewing machine my credit card; was charged the next day, never heard from them. Sent them an Email; they sent me an Email and said it was on the way and it would take a while because it was coming from China. The date of arrival was 6-19 19. The only thing I received was an orange colored pencil.

On May 10, 2019, I ordered a SINGER - Quantum Stylist 9960 Computerized Portable Sewing Machine at an online price of $89.99. Shipping of $2.96. $92.95 was charged to my VISA bankcard ending in 5145. I never received the product, I have contacted them via email 3 times, tried to call - phone disconnected. Finally, on June 10th, I tried again to email them only to get a message of "Oops! Something went wrong! on the site. Site Location: HTTPSMETAGOGI, CA

I called my VISA card company who told me to report it - which I am. My dilemma is that my VISA card company only disputes the actions of damaged merchandise. I DID NOT RECEIVE THE MERCHANDISE - how can I remedy this and get a return of monies taken out of my account?

May 10, I ordered the Singer 9600 sewing machine, got a blue marker June 19th.
I contacted my financial institution and requested a 'chargeback'.
I hope this helps you. All companies have fraud departments so, be sure and talk to them.

This is from another commentor/buyer and this happened to me as well.

I ordered an electric tricycle from an advertiser on a FaceBook game. The name was Zahuaelen but METAGOGICAME posted the charge to my credit card. The first company confirmed my order and a few weeks later sent a tracking number which the logistics company didn't acknowledge.

I went back to the original confirmation and the tried to check the tracking number. "The shop no longer available."

I tried contacting FaceBook...what a useless task. They obviously don't care if their advertisers cheat and steal us. I called my credit card company and they will crediting me back for the purchase.

But in the meantime, I found your website that helped me immeasurably to confirm that this was a scam. Thank you.

I found several websites where these people and their associates are trying to sucker people in. Shame on them!

My response to the commentor: Hi, I ordered the same scooter for my Dad and received the same info. For a while I could look at the order and received a confirmation that it was shipped and was able to see the tracking info. Now like you I received when trying to look it up "The Shop No Longer Available".

I ordered the scooter May 10 and tried contacting the email they listed at the end of their email to no avail 3 times. What a scam. Mine was advertised on "Words With Friends" game. Also showed Zahuaelen but billed through Metagogicame.

My credit card company said they had 45 days to respond and gave me provisional credit. I am going to contact them again and let know of the information you shared as well. Wendy :)
