I ordered an inflatable kayak on July 3rd, now it’s Sept 23 and I still don’t have it, haven’t even got an email yet saying it’s been shipped. There support email is now no longer available.
I emailed them several times demanding to know when I would get my product, but all I got from them were excuses about how backlogged they are. I just called my CC company and they reversed the charges. Karma’s a b***ch, you losers! Hope you get hit hard by it, total scammers!

The same thing happen to me, never received anything and they took my payment. Does anyone know what we should do?

Open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded.

Never got the pain cushion. I asked them for two months and they kept on telling me that was on the way. Now when I emailed again, the site no longer exists. Nadir de Lima, Florida

Yes, Dealhavens must be a big scam.

This is referring to Order -32619. I received a message om July 5 that delivery was on its way. It was in the US. I still have not received it and my payment was processed.

I ordered the casting net on May 30th. It is August 21 and no net! I have written this company many times and they say it could be stuck in customs. I now know that is a blatant lie.

DO NOT ORDER FROM DEAL(STEAL) HAVEN!

Deal Heaven is a fraud. They take your money and the order never arrives. How can they get away with this?

Report it to your bank to have your money refunded.

I ordered a knee nerve pain pillow from them as well and was scammed. I have two things to say, First off, don't get sucked in by these disgusting excuses of human beings.
Secondly, Deal Haven, to you, shame on you. What goes around comes around. You will get yours one day, and I hope it blindsides you. People like you are scum!

I ordered the same nerve pain cushion and today I received the small empty gray envelope.

I saw it on facebook and thought it was legit. I have ordered other items from other companies and never had an issue. I will do research before I ever order again. Calling my bank now and hope to reverse the charge.

I ordered a cushion for pain May 25. Today is July 24 and I still do not have it. I received a small plastic gray bag and there was nothing in it. Have I been scammed? Rest assured I will spread the word about dealhaven NOT to buy anything from them and I will spread it all over facebook.

I ordered a Nerve pain cushion from Dealheaven almost 40:00 dollars early july. I receive a small gray plastic bag folded and nothing in it. This is a scam co. don't order from them.
Have you had complaints about them?

I order a fishing net from them, about 3 months later they sent a gray bag with a very small star; your bag was not empty but the star is so small you will not see it, it a scam!

I ordered #18515 on may 28 2019, 1 12ft fishing net which I have not received! can you please tell me why I have not received it.
