I bought a Garden Kneeler from them. Only received part of it and they will do nothing to make it right.

Pamonny is the name they are going by now, but their confirmation email says to contact them @daoqon so they are working under more than one name.

FACEBOOK has no way to report these scammers and stop them from advertising on their site, which is really pathetic on Facebook's part.

I'm going to report it to my credit card company and reverse the charge.

Definitely a scammer company - scammed me out of $100 (aus) - they frequently advertise on Facebook and use PayPal for transactions... PayPal will not honor it's the refund policy when the goods do not arrive, suggest you avoid both...

I can NOT believe facebook allows all these scammer people to put their ads on their site. I bought a smartwatch that does NOTHING like the ad states and filing a dispute with PayPal however as most others have stated PayPal doesn't stand behind their buyers anymore they always side with the crooked sellers Paypal is nothing like it used to be

I bought a(not so smart) smart watch from them. Their ad was misleading,(I thought I was buying an Apple Watch) they admitted that in an email to me, PayPal’s response was disgusting, they found in favour of the seller. How can they justify this when the seller has admitted their ad was misleading? SHAME ON YOU PAYPAL!

    • June 19, 2020 at 12:27 AM by an anonymous user from: Weston, New South Wales, Australia

I asked PayPal to tell me why they found in favour of the seller & guess what: The silence from PayPal is deafening. I thought paying using PAYPAL gave you some sort of protection, it would seem I was wrong. To date PayPal has not even shown me the courtesy of a reply! SHAME ON YOU PAYPAL!

I bought some ear pods from this company and they are faulty, after numerous emails back and forth trying to get the faulty goods to pair which they didn't, they offered 10% refund and suggested I give the faulty goods as a present to a family member or a friend! Unbelievable. Do Not buy from this company.

Same story here. I bought some pants from rosesimin.com for 30 bucks and they sent a terribly smaller size than what they advertised as XL. After many emails back and forth they did refund 20% to my paypal account with the daoqon.com account with the name Michael Tim. They also suggested I give the pants as a gift. Last time I ever chase Instagram ads to buy anything. Lesson learned, do your homework!
