They are scam artists. their complaint persons are support-listenandhelp24.com I thought I was ordering their trimmer and accessories. When I received the accessory box of bits and no trimmer I began an email exchange with the above link. They pointed out that my order said "no trimmer". My error but I also paid for expedited shipping and it took almost two months to get the product. Be cautious with this outfit and make sure you "screen print" everything from them. I would not order from them again.
