The website www.iosheadphone.com also called IOS Head Phone is an untrustworthy e-commerce website or store. Online users are advised to stay away from the fraudulent website because those who have shopped from it, run the risk of their personal, credit card and other payment processing information getting stolen by cyber-criminals and used fraudulently. They also run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods.
Online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded. They should also have their banks help them prevent the cybercriminals who are operating the website from continuously charging their credit cards.
The cybercriminals behind the fake website will use another website and change the name, once the current website has been taken down. Therefore, only shop on popular and reputable websites.

Open a dispute with your bank or PayPal to have your money refunded.
I contacted my visa 2 days after I purchases the os headphones but I cant dispute it until 2 to 5 weeks if I haven't received my headphones...

I placed an order March 5th it’s now May 6th still haven’t received my products my purchase was 67.00 stupid me I have contacted them they email only the 1-800 doesn’t work to talk to a person. They have advised me that my product has been sent to me thru DHL Utah is where they left them. I LIVE IN INDIANA. I double checked my shipping on the invoice yup gave them the right address they will not refund my money. They asked me to check my local post office stupid a*s you sent them thru DHL that’s not the post office it’s a different carrier Don’t know if its too late to take this to my Bank but will do Monday Do not order thru this company it’s a SCAM!
