I had the same experience as the above listed comments. Placed an order, then received an email saying it will be refunded and cancelled. It still has not been refunded.

Unfortunately, I fell for this scam website due to the anxiety induced by the coronavirus pandemic. However, I realized what I had done and immediately filed a scam/fraud report to the FTC and another government cyber crime department about this. I learned my lesson-before I buy, always research and not let emotions get to me.

When the charge cleared and I got no ship email I knew something was up. I called my bank and they said it was processed as an in person visa transaction. Another red flag. I filed a dispute and got a new debit card. What a pain.

I placed an order earlier today, not aware it was most likely a scam. I called my bank and they won't cancel the order. They said I have to wait a few days to see if the company will allow me to cancel my order. Then I can try to report it as fraud.

Same thing happened to me. I saw they had toilet paper in stock. I feel stupid falling for it! What terrible people to take advantage of people during a pandemic. I called Bank of America to try to get it cancelled but they weren’t able to. So frustrating!
