I don't know why people are complaining about Select tv. It's not a ripoff and not a scam in any way whatsoever. It's well worth it for the money. Once anyone learns how to use it and without directions which is easy to figure out without them you will be up and running, you will not believe on how many channels you can get for movies and shows to watch and listening to radio stations when you figure out how to do it. I'm happy with it and I'm sure I'm not the only one that is. Thank you Select TV.

They are legit, but they are a streaming media guide, not a content provider. This means SelectTV searches, updates, organizes, and manages video links. They are not content providers like Comcast, Netlfix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube TV.

They aggregate all the FREE content on the web into one easy to use guide (movies and TV Shows) from multiple video streaming providers and bring it all to one place for you.

They also provide an inexpensive indoor antenna for you to get free over the air TV from channels in your area. If channels are further away than 40 to 50 miles you may not get them however with a better rooftop antenna you can bring in channels from up to about 80 miles away. I get 41 channels from my rooftop antenna myself.

It is difficult to find all the free streaming content both shows and movies without running into scam sites that want you to sign up and download programs to play content etc and often there are spyware/malware items that can get onto your computer when trying to get streaming content to play. It can be frustrating and I am a long time geek who has worked in IT since 1996.

I have not tried Selecttv however it may be a good alternative to trying to do all the streaming you like on your own. The most current shows and movies may be harder to find than content that's been out for a few weeks/months and streaming content quality can vary widely where actual streaming services you pay for have good to excellent 4K content.

      May be worth a try?
