I ordered two items in March. Only one arrived first week of June. If you click on "view your order or on their email address, a message reads,"this shop is unavailable." The other, showing it had shipped, but it never arrived at our post office."

I am a fellow victim of this company! They CLEARLY took advantage of this pandemic to scam people! I, like a lot of people, decided to order toilet paper online. My order was for Charmin Ultra Soft Cushiony Touch Toilet Paper, 40 Count Mega Rolls = 205 Regular Rolls. Ordered April 4th. received May 18th and cost me $40.98. What I finally received was not at all what I ordered.

I received 10 rolls of Super Soft Lover (brand) toilet paper. When I emailed the company, the response from them was an edited version of what they are trying to convince is my order. Their response was quote "Before our product name was set incorrectly, but you can see how many rolls you bought when choosing a size. Sorry about that. We check your order: Charmin Ultra Soft Cushiony Touch Toilet Paper, 40 Count Mega Rolls = 205 Regular Rolls-material: Cotton&Spandex, size: 10 Rolls, color: White. The Size is 10 Rolls (here's where they added information that wasn't there at the time of order)plus, notice the material is cotton and spandex? Obviously, information cut from a totally different product (probably underwear).

I admit, I was dumb enough to order from this company, but how dumb do you think I am as a person? This company is SO fraudulent! DO NOT BE FOOLED, AS I WAS!

This Homewhim is a scam, and I guess I have been a victim of this company. I placed an order on April 7,have not received my order yet. Send email to them no answer, one email I got back from them, saying I should have patience with the company due to Covid-19 causing delays, it didn't delay them from charging my card. Scam me for $40.97.Do not order from this site or company, PLEASE..

I ordered a hand sanitizer from this site. Came in 2 months later. Not hand sanitizers it was regular soap in the bottle

D0NT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE! I guess I was scammed also. I placed an order with home whim on April 2nd, 2020. Here it is 5 weeks later and 5 emails later to mo response. I hope to God something bad happens to these scammers. They are the WORST possible scammers. Those that will take advantage of good, honest, hard-working people by scamming all of these people. God rest your soul. I hope you enjoyed my money. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!

I had an order for $40.98 on April 4th had an excuse after excuse when I emailed, "it's on the way", "don't worry, we'll send you a notice as soon as it's shipped ", now after more than 30 days, they ignore me completely after I asked for a refund. If only my credit card company can help.

Pay the safest way

Hang up the phone. Do not reply to emails, messages, or letters that the scammer sends. Do not make any more payments to the scammer. Beware of additional scammers who may contact you claiming they can help you get your lost money back.

Secure Your Finances

  • Report potentially compromised bank account, credit or debit card information to your financial institution(s) immediately. They may be able to cancel or reverse fraudulent transactions.
  • Notify the three major credit bureaus. They can add a fraud alert to warn potential credit grantors that you may be a victim of identity theft. You may also want to consider placing a free security freeze on your credit report. Doing so prevents lenders and others from accessing your credit report entirely, which will prevent them from extending credit:

If your computer was accessed or otherwise affected by a scam, check to make sure that your anti-virus is up-to-date and running and that your system is free of malware and keylogging software.   • Identitytheft.gov: If someone is using your personal information, like your Social Security, credit card, or bank account number, to open new accounts, make purchases, or get a tax refund, report it at www.identitytheft.gov. This federal government site will also help you create your Identity Theft Report and a personal recovery plan based on your situation. Questions can be directed to 877-ID THEFT.

Phishing emails and text messages often tell a story to trick you into clicking on a link or opening an attachment. You might get an unexpected email or text message that looks like it’s from a company you know or trust, like a bank or a credit card or utility company. Or maybe it’s from an online payment website or app. The message could be from a scammer, who might

  • say they’ve noticed some suspicious activity or log-in attempts — they haven’t
  • claim there’s a problem with your account or your payment information — there isn’t
