Is Homewhim a Scam? See the Review of the Online Store

I ordered two items in March. Only one arrived first week of June. If you click on "view your order or on their email address, a message reads,"this shop is unavailable." The other, showing it had shipped, but it never arrived at our post office."

I ordered and have received nothing as well. They said they refunded my money but I haven’t seen that yet either

I am a fellow victim of this company! They CLEARLY took advantage of this pandemic to scam people! I, like a lot of people, decided to order toilet paper online. My order was for Charmin Ultra Soft Cushiony Touch Toilet Paper, 40 Count Mega Rolls = 205 Regular Rolls. Ordered April 4th. received May 18th and cost me $40.98. What I finally received was not at all what I ordered.

I received 10 rolls of Super Soft Lover (brand) toilet paper. When I emailed the company, the response from them was an edited version of what they are trying to convince is my order. Their response was quote "Before our product name was set incorrectly, but you can see how many rolls you bought when choosing a size. Sorry about that. We check your order: Charmin Ultra Soft Cushiony Touch Toilet Paper, 40 Count Mega Rolls = 205 Regular Rolls-material: Cotton&Spandex, size: 10 Rolls, color: White. The Size is 10 Rolls (here's where they added information that wasn't there at the time of order)plus, notice the material is cotton and spandex? Obviously, information cut from a totally different product (probably underwear).

I admit, I was dumb enough to order from this company, but how dumb do you think I am as a person? This company is SO fraudulent!!! DO NOT BE FOOLED, AS I WAS!

This Homewhim is a scam, and I guess I have been a victim of this company. I placed an order on April 7,have not received my order yet. Send email to them no answer, one email I got back from them, saying I should have patience with the company due to Covid-19 causing delays, it didn't delay them from charging my card. Scam me for $40.97.Do not order from this site or company, PLEASE..

This is nothing but a scam. Took a month to receive my order and they charged me $21.98 for something I never ordered and never received. I have emailed numerous times and no response. Still trying to get my refund of a whopping $21.98. wish me luck! May 11, 2020, Maureen K.

I ordered a hand sanitizer from this site. Came in 2 months later. Not hand sanitizers it was regular soap in the bottle

D0NT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE! I guess I was scammed also. I placed an order with home whim on April 2nd, 2020. Here it is 5 weeks later and 5 emails later to mo response. I hope to God something bad happens to these scammers. They are the WORST possible scammers. Those that will take advantage of good, honest, hard-working people by scamming all of these people. God rest your soul. I hope you enjoyed my money. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!

They do not deliver the product and string you along. Do not buy from them.

I had an order for $40.98 on April 4th had an excuse after excuse when I emailed, "it's on the way", "don't worry, we'll send you a notice as soon as it's shipped ", now after more than 30 days, they ignore me completely after I asked for a refund. If only my credit card company can help.

Ordered on 4/16/2020, have not had any correspondence except to say it was being shipped. Have not received item and they will not respond to my inquiries. Totally feel like we have been scammed.

Very unhappy, unable to contact & have not got my order but they got the money

I also ordered from this company on 4/4/20. I've emailed them starting 4/12/20 when I was told my items are still being "processed". I also emailed on 5 other occasions and received the same answer from 3 different people

I then went to PayPal site and I was told I need to send them an email from their site. I did with the subject was cancelling my order. Then I got an email that there was an error in delivery and there was no such website and I got the address from their site. So see what happens after today.

Anonymous user: I ordered toilet tissue for $40.98 on April 6, 2020 and never received a confirmation, tracking and they have not answered my emails to their service-homewhim.com. I'm from Missouri.

Also have not received my product. Order about 2 weeks ago.

Got a reply to email when subject line stated cancel my order. They responded that order had shipped but website stated unfulfilled. I may have been born at night, but not last night

DO NOT BUY THIS! my father ordered thinking it was real. They charged the money 2 weeks ago and we still have not received anything or an email.
