Theinnsstyle or The Inns Style located at theinnsstyle.com is a fake online store claiming to sell dresses, tops, hoodies, sweaters, bottoms, shoes, and other apparel. Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

The exact same thing happened to me as well. I made a purchase in March 2020 and I asked for a refund and they have not replied.Now their email is down so I could not even send them an email anymore. Stay AWAY from this site.
I made a purchase in March 2020, have not receive my order yet. Sent several notes asking where is my order. All responses where please be patient we are behind in orders. However it is now September, sent them another email, no responses, asking for a refund, no responses. Please do not order from this site.
Hello I did not recieve my item for over 2 weeks now I’ve asked for a full refund but only got half my money back
They are funny website because I ordered three items and I only received one so I emailed them they told me that the other two items were on their way they gave me a tracking number I checked the tracking number and it hasn't been updated since May 26th 2020 so if you don't want to waste your money which I know you don't do not order from them it's sad but they are scammers

I was waiting for my order to come since it had been over 2 months since I placed an order. When I went to email them looking for my order, the email couldn't be reached and my server sent my requests back to me. That was yesterday. This is when I realized I'd been scammed. I'm not sure what to do next so any help would be appreciated.
Did you use PayPal if so let them know, if you paid by card contact your bank, on both you will be refunded.
Theinnstyle is definitely a scam website. The merchandise is displayed similarly to other fashion websites BUT there is no company contact information on the website. It is sad to think that such fraud is taking advantage of people during the pandemic.
I just cancelled my card and asking for a refund of my money from this supposed online store! Really bummed cuz they had the most beautiful vintage dresses but theres no way to get ahold of them. And at least three different emails and noone answers them. I am really glad I did further research or I'd be out 109.97! So yes,this innsstyle place is bogus!
