    I have bought from cozytoo and they always have a missing item. I have spent many days and weeks requesting my items and they never shipped them. I cannot trust this company. They took 2 weeks to ship my items and items are missing. People should leave their store and never returned. Please Be aware of this company. Looks they will steal people.

    This looks a lot like a branch of (just fashion now ) which is not a site that I will ever order from again! Not recommend!

    I'm thinking The Better Buisness Bureau would like to take a look into this Cozytoo Website. I placed my order 5/ 2020, almost 2 months ago. Didn't take but a day to pull my money for the dress, I'm very displeased.

    Products are not what was described. I wanted the beautiful multI layered pink dress that is their featured item right now. In the picture, the girl is squatting down and the dress seems like it is multI layered and cotton, similar to what you would see in the early 1900s. What was received was a one piece dress made of Rayon with 5 rows of Ruffles at the bottom...not at all what is advertised! Not only did it take 2 months to deliver, it is not at all what I was expecting. It will cost more to return it, than I paid to get it originally. VERY UPSET!

    1 month after ordering my dress was in San Francisco, the next month it was in LA. It has been there for a month now. They will not refund because they claim it has already been shipped and you can never get a hold of the same person twice. They all say the same thing

    I ordered from them without doing any research. I waited for over a month. Finally earrings showed up, but the dress did not. When I contact them, through email of course, you get an automated response. They say to track it yourself and if you have a problem contact the post office. Then that is all they do for you. I am out my money period. the post office washed their hands of it. Cozy Too is out of Utah and they are a SCAM! I paid over $30 for a .10 pair of earrings.

      Nope, no phone # but I finally received one of the 3 dresses that I ordered back on May 16th I'm happy with it but just got it this past week.

      Hope I soon get the others 🤷🙆

      Stop waiting and open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded.
