In the picture, the girl is squatting down and the dress seems like it is multI layered and cotton, similar to what you would see in the early 1900s. What was received was a one piece dress made of Rayon with 5 rows of Ruffles at the bottom.....not at all what is advertised!! Not only did it take 2 months to deliver, it is not at all what I was expecting. It will cost more to return it, than I paid to get it originally. Finally earrings showed up, but the dress did not. When I contact them, through email of course, you get an automated response. They say to track it yourself and if you have a problem contact the post office. Then that is all they do for you. I am out my money period. the post office washed their hands of it. Cozy Too is out of Utah and they are a SCAM!!!!!! I paid over $30 for a .10 pair of earrings.
