Ordered water slide may 3rd. June 22nd they said it must be lost. This time we will keep better tracking information. N ok w August 18th still not received. Claimed they delivered something on 18th of july but it was in a package less than 13 ozs and it was something from another vendor. How did they manage to put tracking number on this product that was not from them. DO NOT TRUST BODACE, SCAMMERS!

I ordered a sand filter pump May 1st. After waiting 46 days I received 2 N95 masks. They said they would reship my order. It tracked until it said it was in Arizona. Then the tracking website wouldn't load at all and my package number does not exist through another shipping website called ems express. I tried to get a refund from pay pal. The scammers submitted the record of the N95 mask delivery as proof that I got my product and pay pal denied my claim, closed it, and refused to reopen it or let me file a new claim for refund. I have had to go through my bank in hopes of a refund.
