This web addresses is owned by an Asian National and has at least fifty web based companies similar tothis one so it’s on going, not shore if PayPal is getting sick of this individual but he needs to be shut down small amounts of money turns into large sums of money.

I too ordered the hand held laser engraver, for a price which in hindsight was "too good to be true", received a cheap knitted hat... about $1.00 worth!! The consignment came with a "senders address" on the package... not sure what use it will be ??I think I'll chalk it up to experience and kiss my money goodbye !!
