Is Chakrayama a Scam? Review of

Hundreds of online users have allegedly reported being scammed by Chakrayama at Online users claim Chakrayama advertise on Facebook as Crystal Shop, claiming they are going out of business and they need to get rid of their inventory of crystal pendant necklaces so they are giving them away for free with a few dollars for shipping only.

But, online users who said they took the offer, said they were charged for the shipping and received fake crystal necklaces. Then a week or more after, they were hit with unauthorized charges on the same credit card they used to pay shipping for the free items. Some reported seeing large amounts of money be taken from their cards and have open disputes with their banks to have the money refunded.

Fake fake fake. It tool several weeks to get my fake pendant. I contacted Ashley Sky from customer service. She told me they were sending a new one. This happened 4 times. They all arrived in the same package. They should have been sent out 1 at a time. Hmmm red flag. So I checked the pendant and its made of stained glass not gemstones as advertised. Lickily they didnt get me for any more money. I am able to turn my card off and on as desired to avoid such problems. All I can say is karma is gonna get them. Shame shame shame on them.

    Just got an email back...

    HI Jaimie,

Thank you for contacting Chakrayama. You paid for the minimal shipping cost and your package of our beautiful jewelry was delivered to your mailbox via USPS. We give our customers 21 days from the day of purchase to try and enjoy your unique pieces. Our customers are given this time to decide if they want to keep the jewelry for just the minimal shipping cost. If they do not want the pieces during this trial period, no hard feelings, we would gladly issue a full refund after the package is returned to us.

The free jewelry offer is explained in the FAQ section on our home page before our customers decide to complete our offer from the link below,

It is also explained again in detail under the "How It Works" page which was emailed to you at the time of purchase.

Based on our current records, we did not receive an email request from you wanting to return the pieces of jewelry during the 21 days trial period so you were billed the 50% off the discounted rate of 30 dollars (originally 60 dollars) per necklace.

This is only a one-time charge and not a membership. You will NOT be billed further.

I ordered the crystals... they're plastic. And now there are random charges on my account. I just emailed them now but obviously I'm going to need to call my bank. Wild this can happen now.
