Scamming - Fraud
Scammers are sending scam texts from 8554990204 and other 855 area code telephone numbers to potential victims, or asking them to call the same telephone number. Therefore, recipients of text messages from 855-499-0204 or text messages asking them to call the same telephone number, are asked not to follow the instructions in them. If you get a text message that appears to be from your bank, instead of following the instructions in it, contact your bank directly to verify the authenticity of the text.

I received This Text From this am From (855-499-0204) ... Plz note the TERRIABLE Wording Spacing,Refered to my bank institution as "Online Banking ♀️& my phone #as my Bank ID online banking(Call 8554990204 Now! 981#) Your Debit.Card have been locked! Account-ID:(my phone # was here)!..Remember if you have text alerts from your bank The name of your bank & Logo is there .Ur bank never Puts your bank ID# in a Text.Most of all your bank is Closed on Sunday!.. Whatever the h**l these scammers are Smokin They must be High cause a 6th grader could word this better
