This is a terrible way to make money by exploiting some babies picture just for a bunch of likes and if Facebook knew this they should have pulled this immediately.
Facebook removes hundreds of those posts everyday, but people keep reposting them. So, it is hard for Facebook to monitor, track down and remove all those posts. But, you can do your part, by reporting posts like those to Facebook.
