If I don't get what I ordered can I get my money back or is it just gone?

BIGGEST SCAM Ever.
I received 1thing from them, a ring that was suppose to be 14k. If it's 14k I'll win the lottery.
But what I have gotten from this so call company is the run around.

Yes a BIG scam! People who see this, don't buy from them. I never received the items I bought which were worth $50. I emailed countless different people saying I wanted a refund and they just gave me the run around! Just that they were very sorry and were doing everything they could to figure out what happened! I was even told my items would be re-shipped at no cost and have not received anything. They are just a bunch of BS delinquents who rob honest people.

I had the same experience. They refused to give me a refund at first because they said they were losing money, even though I never received the items I ordered. I responded that isn't fair to me and then they said they would only give me a 50 percent refund and I said no, so then they upped it to 80 percent. I still haven't received anything.

The same thing is happening with me. At first they told me 10 working days to get my refund/ shipment. (Glad I didn't hold my breath).

I ordered things from that Beckcora, and it is a complete scam now I see what they do they close the website after taking peoples money and all they do is open a new website with the same things but under a different name be aware you will never ever get anything from them a complete scam. Does anybody know how we can get around this? Thanks.

Nothing more than a complete scam. Ordered boots, immediately claimed $$ from my credit card, never delivered the boots and after dozens of emails, no refund. Don't order anything from this company.

This company is a scam. They took my money but I never got my items. I attempted to contact them but they never responded. Dont waste your time or money unless you just have money to guve away.

This company is a scam do not buy from them. I ordered items in early December 2022. We are now in March 2023 and I have not yet received my items. I have send multiple emails to them inquiring about my items. To which they attach a link to track my items. I gave them the benefit of the doubt since it was near the holidays but that was obviously wrong. Then they replied to me that my items had been delivered to which I told them I have not received anything. They tried to blame me saying I did not know my correct address. Are you kidding me? I don't know where I live? When I demanded a refund they then proceeded to tell me they could only give me 50%. To which I told them unacceptable and I wanted my full refund. I will not be purchasing from them and I advice anyone else to stay away from this company.

This very same thing happened to me. They said I would get half of my money back because they were taking a loss and I still have not received anything. I made the order in February, complained in March and it's now August and I still haven't received my refund.

Do not ever order anything from this company because it's a scam. I made three different purchases and never received any of them and I was told that it was deliver. I contact my bank and they had to do an investigation on this company and it's definitely a scam. Do not order from them. I received emails from five different clients that say the same thing that your order was delivered and ask your neighbor if they have your package. Do not order from them it's a scam. Don't do it

Ordered some cardigans before Christmas. I emailed them to let them know they never arrived. Long story short 5 emails later after they threatened to ruin my credit, I went to my bank to dispute the charge. This is only way to shut these "click bait" companies down is to dispute it. If the company gets enough disputes, VISA, MASTERCARD, etc. will not do business with them. Pass the word along. Let's shut Beckcora down.

I ordered a pair of boots. They were never delivered. The shipper texted that they were delivered, untrue. I requested a refund and was reimbursed $5 on a $27 order. This company is nothing more than a complete SCAM. Don't order from these scam artists.

This site total bs with fake tracking numbers for items never sent. Tracking number says "delivered to mailbox" 15 d**n items in standard mailbox... no reply to emails and these thieves are making endless money

Made Large 1st time order 1/3/2023. Paid overnight shipping. Package never received. Made multiple attempts to contact Customer Service for refund through all available avenues in our upgraded tech society where human assistance is practically non existent, unsuccessfully. No purchased items delivered, No refund. Animals & People, as we are animals, show us who they are. We are tasked with “paying attention.” In this case, I’ve been Bamboozeled!!! And the hits keep coming...
Phone is now blowing up w/spam as well. The “up side”...I’ve been notified that I’m now the proud winner of a brand new Jaguar, 100in.
TV, An all expense trip to some exotic land, etc.
Aren’t dealing with these creeps fun? Know I’m just thrilled knowing I have little/no power to stop these crooks & unfortunately very little hope retribution or just the satisfaction of watching all of them stand in a corner with a bar of soap in their mouths (oh, how sweet that would be!) Still in the hunt. Hope y’all victims are successful in wrangling Up this crime group. So sad SJ☮️

I ordered from them as well. It say’s delivered and I haven’t received anything. I even paid the insurance like an idiot. I guess I will file a complaint with the better business bureau.

I placed my order on December 17th. I received my tracking number and tracked. On 1/24/23 the tracking number showed as received. I contacted Beckcora by email as they do not provide a phone number and was assured I was the highest priority. Was told they would ship another order out if I approved. I said yes and DO NOT CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD AGAIN. It has been over a week and emails keep telling me it is going to be sent out. I asked for a tracking number and they cannot provide one. I logged a dispute with my credit card company, I'm not waiting anymore and I do not have a good feeling about the company. It's a shame that there are companies out there that are shady pieces of $hit. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I order and was going to wait to see if this was really real . To see how my order would be. Be me and those prices I couldn’t wait so made that second order and place and paid for it. Shame on me and them for taking my money that I really need it. Is there anybody out there that has received anything from them. If you have please let us know.

Yes I ordered my package January the 6th 2023 they confirmed the order sent me a tracking number I have been tracking it it has been in transit I recently got an email saying it has shipped to United States I also got a email saying it was delivered and delivered to a person I called my post office they said that they would need a new tracking number for United States so I have not received my package and my post office never received a package so I believe this is a spam how do I request for my refund from Facebook

I should have known better!!! Not me...I'm normally on top of things such as this, but I failed this time! Ordered on 1/6/23 and now it's 2/7/23 and still waiting! I emailed several times and either Edna or Mica will respond and said the order is on track. LIE!!! I checked the fake tracking and it looks as if it's been at a standstill for 3 weeks. So, I won't even bother reaching out to them, I ordered with my credit card which will make it easier to get a refund. I so feel STUPID bc I should have known those prices were too good to be true! Here I am waiting for my sweaters, coats, shoes, jewelry, etc and planning on how I was going to wear them! I have two orders that total about $115! Tip: When shopping online and the prices seem too good to be true, google the name of the company and check reviews/scams FIRST!! I'm about to blast them on every social media site, reaching out to Federal Trade Commission (FTC) 1-877-382-4357 and BBB!

My order said it was delivered and never came. I wish I had been smart enough to know it was too good to be true. What a disappointment! Their clothes are really cute. Too bad they are crooks!

Beckcora showed up on my phone without me searching for it. That happens sometimes,so I looked at the clothes and saw alot of things I liked. However the order kept saying it was in transit. Then finally the order said it was delivered to my home. I never received my order. I see this has happened to many others. I called my bank and they are contacting beckcora. I will not pay for clothes I didnt receive. They are nothing but a SCAM!

I ordered 1/3/23 and I got a tracking number the same day. I don't always check my email so I just read it 2 days ago. Initially it said it was delivered on 1/25/23 I called my P.O to see if they were familiar( deliver their products)with the company and now it says it was delivered 1/29/1)23

This is an example of the messages they send. The heading said "Yelo" Thats the latest customer service person today. Before that was "Ann","William","Mica", "Bling". Please, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They are SPAM FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY. I HAVE REPORTED TO THE BBB ALREADY A FEW TIMES. THANK YOU.

I received the same message today. Every response comes from a different person and not at all written professionally. Did you get your money back?

Ordered in December. Still no packages. No customer services. If you email them, someone named Ann replies and says the same thing. Delayed from holidays and high demands I will put pressure on them to deliver, this is your tracking number and it doesn't work, and if you want a refund I will let the warehouse aware to cancel??? Too many misleading answers. Most of the time they don't even respond. It is a SCAM. DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!! CAN THE BETTER BUISNESS BUREA GET INVOLVED AND STOP ADVERTISING!!!

I feel like an idiot here. Spent about $30 for three items. I ordered in December and the tracking number information stated that my package had arrived on the 23rd of January. It wasn’t and no responses from beckora after three emails. Very disappointing to say the least. I will be calling my bank tomorrow first thing.

Placed my order Dec 23rd. Supposedly the package was delivered yesterday, (Jan 24th, 4:15pm. It was not!
I will have to figure out how to get reimbursed as I used my cash app card. Please save yourself time and frustration and avoid placing orders with them. Total frauds!
