Mine has been at shipping partner for weeks also
My product has been sitting in a so called shipping center over 3 weeks now. No comment or reply when emailing this company. When u call or visit website, everything is in Chinese. Been a month and no product. I thought this was legit due to ad being on Instagram.
Same here, it's been 4 mths and it says the same thing it did 3 mths ago.
