Is Ousell a Scam or Legit Online Store? Review of ousell.com

I ordered some items from Ousell and they sent me shipment info. which I think was fake..ive been waiting items to arrive since I ordered in May. I don't think I'm going to receive anything at all. I'm so upset. They've taken payment from me. This need investigating.

The same thing happened to me I ordered a large leather backpack from them and never received my package,this was in February of this year.These people are nothing but inveterate liers,do not under any circumstances order anything from them,they lie,lie,lie,Do you know anyone in the world who likes a lier?Logic would dictate the answer would be no.You know if Allah (God) your Lord and my Lord hates a lier what does the mankind think of a lier?
Then they tell you to check with your bank for a refund and that it will take 10 to 15 days for a refund which is another lie they need to be put out of business immediately.MuftI Kifayatullah.

DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a small inexpensive item to test the company (Ousell) and I'm glad I did. The credit card charge goes through right away and after a month of waiting and following what appear to be bogus tracking information (I say bogus, because they never tell you where the item is, where it was delivered from, which processing centre or where the package passed through customs) then when the tracking says the package was delivered is was NOT. They then say they will resend and you get the same results, again still no package. Now it's been two months and the credit card company's hands are tied and no refund can be offered by the cc company and the fine folks at Ousell can not be contacted.
OUSELL IS A COMPLETE AND UTTER FRAUD AND SCAM!!!
I only lost $20 and change.
DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!

Ousell is a complete scam. If it seems too good to be true, IT IS! Great pictures of quality merchandise with incredible prices....nothing but a criminal enterprise to steal your money. I've received nothing except a sarcastic email from "customer support" saying, "It's a pity that you did not receive the package." Additionally, the tracking link does not work.

I ordered from outsell February 2, 2023 to the tune of 63 dollars, order was tracked all the way here to America and then it disappeared! No answers no nothing

"DO NOT" buy anything from this store !!!!! They even create their own tracking system as to make it appears that they send the merchandise- yet never did.
And when you contact them thru email, EVERY TIME different name/person responded to you, so as make you feel you are dealing with big Cust. service team.they do it to buy time so ur 60 days will pass. and U lost the time to claim it to your Credit card/bank.

I placed an order in January and got a tracking number, it's now March and it says the package was delivered but nothing came.

They said because they lost money as well, which they didn't, they will refund 70% of my money back. Totally unacceptable as I'm not the one who scammed anyone so why should I lose out on getting my money back. I know it's not a large amount but it doesn't matter the amount when your being scammed.

I have paid for my order two months ago and despite a fake tracking number, that showedthe parcel delivered, NOTHING arrived.

Very p****d! Not at the company but at me for falling for this scam. Should have known when it was advertised at one price but when making my payment, it showed a slightly higher price. Fake fake fake! I never received my item and it’s been over 30 days. Each time I check, it shows movement. Now I checked at the 30 day mark, I don’t see it anywhere more. Scam scam scam!!!

This place is definitely not legit and I reported then to the better business bureau I ordered bags and got a fake a*s ladies ring these people can eat sh*t and die

The company is a total scam! Instead of the ordered goods, a worthless ring arrived, which is not worth 1 cent. Any further contact is successfully avoided!

Scam... They will provide you fake tracking information and keep you on the hook for 30 days .. long enough to not be able to dispute it with your credit card company.

I received an update that the package was place in my mailbox or courtyard (I live in a SFH with none of these things, just a mail slot)... I ordered 2 duffel bags, blazers, and some jackets .

Also the delievey date was on a federal holiday when the mail didn't even run.

This Company is a scam. I purchased some leather products and saw the international tracking so thought it may be OK. What was received was a lab grown dime store ring. They do this so the CC Company will pay. It takes about a month for the shipment to arrive enough time to get paid. I suspected it was a fraud so blocked my CC so no other charges were made. I cancelled the card because it is compromised and got my money back. Hope CC will recover their payment. The ring came in a First Class Mailer with the corresponding original International Tracking Number on it for reference. Mailed by Kerry Moon 4990 Brooks Street Montclair, Ca 91763 which is a vacant lot via Goggle Maps. Sleazy Scammers from the PRC.

Ha! at 75 yrs old and a lifetime of being overly careful,it appears I finally GOT SCAMMED!I order some men's leather goods from this outfit,falling for their after X-mas clearance. Since their HQ's was in Ireland and not in the orient,I figured OK. what I got in the mail was not the men's leather goods I ordered but a small women's CZ ring! I notified my bank the same day and they are on it. SOO . .buyer B-WARE!!

Ordered product, and then found out about scam. Cancelled order but still got cheap ring. I had notified Google of scam. As of today, they are still allowing web site to sell.

Sending notice to Better Business Bureau. This type of scam seems to be happening more frequently. Best thinking is to raise awareness of issue.

Broke my own rule by not checking a site before making a purchase online,more fool me.Ousell.com is a scam,l purchased 2 pairs of leather shoes and a leather bag and today received a cheap plastic ring l could have got for a dollar from a vending machine. I complained to Google(the ad was on YouTube)saying that they should verify their advertisers bona fides before posting their ads on their various platforms,all it takes is a 5 minute google search which shouldn't be hard for them. Be vary wary of any too good to be true offers on any social media platforms,they usually are scams.
