Did anyone with Wells Fargo randomly have the bank take out money for some debit card pending correction transactions? I asked around online in a Wells Fargo forum and people are saying the same thing happened to them and the wait time to call for support is almost 2 hours.

Just found one random "Debit Card Pending Correction" on my account, no vendor name, allegedly happened on October 10. Saw a huge Reddit thread about it too. Still not corrected, and the holiday weekend is over. This is definitely something on Wells Fargo's end.
Just got a charge for $51 for debit correction!
Yes! I got a random charge this morning and the wait times for calling wells fargo are more than an hour! Mine was $37.53
From what I gathered from Facebook/Reddit/Twitter, a lot of people experienced this issue, and it seems Wells Fargo had double charged everyone for their recent transactions.
We also had 120$ taken for the same thing. Can’t get through to anyone!
I was on hold over 35 minutes and told that something happened yesterday. He mentioned cash app and Apple Pay which shouldn’t pertain to me. He said it would normally be fixed by Tuesday morning but since holiday it might take until Wednesday morning. He reassured me that it would be taken off.
Any time mine is pending. It usually means the payment didn't go thru. It did that w my son once. And the next time he used his card, it took half his money.
