I received a call today from this company. Tax Advisory Services LLC. My message is word for word per others who have posted their message. In the message “I may have some past monies that are due.” I do not owe the irs a penny! Call did not ring in and went to voicemail instantly.

That's exactly how my calls go!!!
The phone never rings, but suddenly I get a VM from Jess, who apparently is famous since when I do a search for this company (how I found this website), her name is appended to one of the search results!

Listen carefully to the voice mail.
Used words like "may" and "you might".
Then, the pitch is "call us" and "see if you're eligible".
Busy little AI, which is why if you're not in my call list, you never get answered.

I'm getting the same message from "Jessica" with "NATIONAL TAX ADVISORY SERVICES" It is % scam. We can block number but they're able to still leave a message! I have received the call at least 20 times. I have NEVER OWED the IRS. It is harassment and what I don't understand is, if they are able to call our number (probably our information was hacked by a company we do business with because I am now getting emails saying a third party has hacked our system and we are working diligently to tighten our security, which in my opinion the security should have been already at their BEST TIGHTEN SECURITY) so my thoughts are thats how the get pertinent information. HOWEVER, as stated if these crooks are smart enough to run the scam to call over & over, even leave messages, then why the h**l our government (being smart enough to be in their position ha) stop this c**p. I honestly get scam messages, phone calls that call over and over all day long, etc., etc., I literally have close to 500 blocked call numbers. So, I'm carrying a phone that gets c**p all day as opposed to my legit phone calls. Seriously, when is someone going to step up and get these crooks!

I get that same one from Jessica. I block the number and then get the same call in the same voice on a new number. It's like whack-a-Molly. I block one number and they call from another.

I got a call from Jessica in Virginia about my taxes. Her call back number was San Diego Ca. I called Jessica at the San Diego number. A gentleman answered and said he had a few questions before transferring me to Jessica. Question 1). How much did the IRS say you owe them? I responded the IRS hasn’t called me. He asked how much did the IRS say you owed them in your letter from them. I responded, I haven’t received a letter from the IRS. The gentleman then abruptly slammed the phone down as he hung up on me. I’m guessing this scam is calling people from an IRS mailing list they illegally acquired. Upon hearing I haven’t received an IRS letter he hung up on me without an apology or even a good bye. Obviously it’s a scam from a group of people that received zero phone skills training. He must have been missing his daily tanning session in San Diego covering for a woman 3000 miles away? What Yahoos

Not a person with a script. They do the same thing over and over from different numbers. It is exactly the same with a different number. I have gotten the same EXACT message with the "um" in the same exact spot at least 5 different times. I delete and report it as junk every time.

I got one today showing as from (803)373-0250. Claiming that they could help me with my back taxes, saying they understood it was "really the last thing you want to deal with" but that today is the day I need to call them back and "get the ball rolling", said they could classify it as non-collectable, and inplied that bank levies may be in my future if I don't call. Said her name was Karen, no last name given, and gave a callback number of (321)463-9091.

Ok to everyone on here for one they never use your name that is 100% is enough to tell you it’s a scam for two the IRS will only contact you by certified Mail and unfortunately there is no way to stop their calls as unless it’s a number your phone company’s scam company is aware of the number being an issue it won’t catch it but these scam companies are getting smarter because once one number is found out they switch to another number and while this scam company may not know your name there are a lot of scam companies that do and one of the scariest scams isn’t even this one but it’s the one where if you have a family member that does a lot of social media or has their voice somewhere just out there in the world they now have people calling you that sounds like your family member and they need X amount of money to bail them out now that one got a lady I know and that’s a very sick scam that they are doing unfortunately the woman sent her information to these people and then when they were done she called her relative that was supposed to be in jail but he answered the phone so that’s the scariest one to me and no that relative was never in jail.. so unfortunately you always have to verify even something like that nowadays

I received the same exact voice-mail message from a Karen. The call came from a different mailbox #, came up on my callerID under a different #, and requested a call back to a different number. I called the call back # and a male answered identifying this Nat'l Tax Service company. Karen was not available.I asked questions he could not answer only to say that he will give Karen my number to return the call. Not to be trusted. It smells SCAM, SCAM, & Scam. I have texted my friends & famliy members to give them a heads up.

I received the same message today and never before even though she states she tried before. I have no taxes owed soooo ya scam. Except National Tax advisory services is a legitimate company, but she adds she’s from the same but with an LLC added.

Thanks for being the smartest person up here because it’s yes a script that they use it’s definitely a scam but you were the only one to say that they never say your name and that’s the biggest thing to always know as that is the most basic thing and common sense thing is when they can’t even give you your own name on a voicemail it’s definitely a scam.. ofcourse some scams do know your name but the IRS or any legitimate tax company would never ever call you as they communicate via certified mail
