Is National Tax Advisory Services LLC Legit or a Scam?

I keep receiving the National Tax Advisory Services LLC call below and want to know if it is a scam or not. The calls are from telephone numbers: 831-204-4718, 864-402-1253 and 312-638-0011. Is anyone receiving the same call and does anyone know if it is a scam or not?

The National Tax Advisory Services LLC Call

Hello. You've reached the desk of Karen Hollies with national tax Advisory, LLC, plus BBB rated company. We were trying to reach you regarding the new zero tax owed debt relief program that is now open for enrollment.

Our records show you may still have have some open tax debt and the new Zero tax owned debt relief program will allow you to eliminate this debt given it will be deemed temporarily non collectible. However, you must elect during the current open enrollment.

If you have tax debt and would like to enroll in the program pleased, please press one. If you have no tax debt or are simply not interested, please press two to be removed from our list. Thanks and have a good day.

Received a call from this number, and I will NOT call them back, as I owe NO back taxes. Don't answer, and do NOT call them back!!

I received a call today from this company. Tax Advisory Services LLC. My message is word for word per others who have posted their message. In the message “I may have some past monies that are due.” I do not owe the irs a penny! Call did not ring in and went to voicemail instantly.

That's exactly how my calls go!!!
The phone never rings, but suddenly I get a VM from Jess, who apparently is famous since when I do a search for this company (how I found this website), her name is appended to one of the search results!

These pathetic scumbags need to be led away in cuffs and never again see the light of day. Received the same call with no ring and instant voicemail despite my voice message saying no automated calls of any kind would be tolerated.
