I received a text message from a 984 area code saying I had a balance to pay, and that I could either pay online or by phone to the telephone number. I called the number because initial googling didn’t say it was a scam, but I was still suspicious. It was an automated call that asked for my phone number, birthday, and some other number that i did not have, so I hung up.
I was curious about this because I did have to go to an urgent care about a month ago, and it sounded like it could have been related to that, but I was suspicious because it came out of nowhere, and also because I was pretty sure I paid for everything already. Based on what I am reading online, it looks like it is a scam.

I received several automated voicemails from this company regarding something that I owe. I did have Invisalign last year but that is all paid up. I never received anything in the mail. I contacted my orthodontist and the office said that I am all paid up. I also received texts from this BREG billing department. It's getting very annoying and not sure what to do with this. Annette
Also received a text about about a balance. My son did in fact have a brace a few months back but like the original post I am 99% sure it was completely paid. I haven't received anything in the mail nor a phone call so I am not responding until then.
I received two texts from Breg. I am not responding because it is suspicious to me.
I just received physical mail from them and a couple of months ago I was also in a brace given to me by an orthopedic but like the rest of you im 99.9% sure it was already paid for
