Numerous customers woke up Friday morning to duplicate Zelle charges from JPMorgan Chase Bank. Chase said they are sorry that some customers are seeing duplicate transactions and fees on their checking accounts and is working to reverse any duplicates and adjust any related fees. Some customers said they were able to get through to Chase after waiting for hours to reach customer service.
